Delivery times
All items are ready for dispatch within 24 hours, which means the ordered items will be handed over to the parcel service or shipping company within 24 hours (this applies only on working days; for orders placed on Sundays and public holidays, the period is extended accordingly). In the case of payment in advance, this information applies from the moment the payment is received in our account.
The dispatch of a shipment within Germany takes approximately one to three working days, and to Austria approximately two to five working days. If an item is not available at the time of ordering, we will inform you immediately. Our team will be happy to assist you in finding a suitable alternative.
