Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods, or, in the case of separate delivery of multiple goods, the last item, or, in the case of separate delivery of one item in several partial shipments, the last partial shipment.

by means of a clear declaration (via the withdrawal form, a letter sent by post, or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form electronically on our website. If you make use of this option, we will promptly send you confirmation of receipt of such withdrawal by email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which the goods have been received and inspected by us.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In no event will you incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the case of goods shipped by freight carrier, we will arrange collection of the goods. You shall bear the direct cost of returning such goods in the amount of EUR 89.00. If you require assistance with returning the goods, please feel free to contact us.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
